peter, I noticed this as well.. If I was turning into the nearest lane I would prefer to take the turn lane so that I don't get hooked. however if I needed to turn left once on penn (one way) I'd probably turn from bike lane and swing wide providing traffic was clear. not sure if that was the intention.

Generally pretty good PSA with one glaring exception. AT the 26-second mark, a bicycle commuter (I assume he's a commuter as he's wearing khaki pants and a button-down shirt) makes a right turn from the bike lane (rather than taking the right-turn lane.

Very nice. This is much needed and well done. Hopefully, the City will develop a 30-second spot to run during commercial breaks on television and radio.
